DHA can convert back to EPA, when needed.
Obtained from wild sardines, anchovies and mackerel (not cheaper, more polluted farmed fish), caught in the clean seas off the Pacific and Indian Oceans. These fish are carefully pressed and the oil centrifuged and filtered, to produce a rich, tasty golden oil. It is not further processed, modified to concentrate particular fractions, or deodorised. We ensure that every batch is fresh by testing for oxidation (rancidity). Available in easy-to-swallow, soft gelatine capsules (bovine source).
