Adaption does not occur during exercise, it happens between bouts of exercise. What you eat and drink in the first 2 hours of exercise finishing is as important as what you do during exercise.

Directions
Mix 66g (3 scoops) into 500ml of milk or 400ml of water. Consume 1-2 servings per hour with a maximum of 6 servings daily. Read product label before use. Warnings: Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women.
